Our powerlifting programme is designed to help you develop strength, power, and confidence in the ‘big three‘ main lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift. Led by experienced coaches, our program focuses on proper technique and progressive overload to help you achieve your lifting goals. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced lifter, our program will challenge and push you to new levels of strength and performance which will carry over into other areas in your hectic life.

I have been training for strength and fitness for nearly 30 years and have been training others for the last dozen of them. At 47 I still compete in Powerlifting, play rugby and keep up with kids half my age in the gym and on the pitch, but I also enjoy my favourite foods and a drink on the weekend.
